We are happy and honored to welcome Mark Unlu-cay to the UN SDSN Youth Philippines Leadership Council.
Mark sits as an elected community youth leader and as an Ex-officio City Councilor in the City of Baybay, Province of Leyte. He was recognized as the most outstanding SK in the whole Philippines as he championed community development with his leadership by investing in programs that are centered on youth formation and empowerment.
We are looking forward to championing more communities with Mark’s leadership and guidance.
